1. About the service
Lunor Vision provides PC performance optimisation services, including:
- Increasing frame rate (FPS)
- Reducing delay (ping / lag)
- Tuning system and game settings
- System cleanup and stability improvements
Services are delivered remotely using secure connection tools.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By using Lunor Vision services, you agree to all terms in this document. That acceptance forms a binding agreement between you and Lunor Vision.
3. Scope of the service
- The service is provided based on your device’s current condition.
Results vary from one device to another depending on:
- Hardware specifications
- System condition
- Internet speed
The service follows the best technical practices available.
4. Service recording (video)
- The full service session is recorded on video.
The recording is intended to:
- Ensure transparency
- Document the work
- Resolve any future dispute
The customer agrees to recording before the service begins.
5. Refund policy
A full refund is available only in the following case:
- If performance does not improve by at least 15%
This is assessed by:
- Before/after comparison (FPS / overall performance)
- Using the same conditions (game / settings)
Refund conditions
- You must submit a request within 24 hours after the service ends
- The system must not be tampered with after the service
- The video recording is the primary reference
No refund in the following cases
- If the main issue the customer reported was resolved
- If the hardware is limited and cannot support greater improvement
- If the customer changed settings after the service
- If the issue comes from the internet or game servers

6. Customer responsibilities
- Provide a device ready for the session
- Provide a stable internet connection
- Do not interrupt the service during execution
- Follow the team’s instructions
7. Limitation of liability
Lunor Vision is not responsible for:
- Faults outside the scope of the service
- Hardware issues (components)
- Issues caused by your internet provider
The service is provided professionally, but we do not guarantee identical results on every device.
8. Privacy
- We do not access personal files without permission
- We do not copy or store customer data
- All information is treated as strictly confidential
9. Payment
- Payment is due before the service begins
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Listed prices do not include any extra fees (if applicable)
10. Changes to these terms
Lunor Vision may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved before the courts of the UAE.
