Refund policy

This policy explains the terms and guarantees that apply to refunds for our performance tuning services.
1. Performance guarantee
Lunor Vision offers a clear guarantee:
If performance does not improve by at least 15%, you may request a full refund. This is measured by comparing performance before and after the service (for example FPS and stability).
2. Video documentation
All services are documented with a video recording that includes:
- Performance before the session
- Steps performed during the session
- Performance after the session
This recording is the primary reference for assessing the improvement percentage and for deciding refund requests.
3. When a refund is accepted
A refund request may be accepted when:
- The improvement is less than 15%
- There is clear evidence (the Lunor Vision recording is the primary reference)
- There are no external factors affecting performance
4. When refunds are not given
Refunds are not accepted in the following cases:
1. If the main issue was resolved
For example:
- Stuttering
- Frame drops
- Performance issues
In that case the service is considered successful even if the improvement percentage does not reach 15%.
2. If the customer changed the system after the service
3. If the issue is external (internet, servers)
4. If before/after testing was not done correctly
5. Refund request window
You must submit your request within 48 hours of the service.
6. How to request
Requests are submitted via WhatsApp.
7. Refund timing
The amount will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days using the same payment method.
